Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Videographer/Editor based in Kathmandu. The Videographer/Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, operating cameras effectively, managing lighting and shooting, and collaborating with the creative team to bring concepts to life. The role also involves editing and assembling raw footage into finished projects that align with the company's goals and branding. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production tasksStrong skills in Camera Operation, Camera usage, and Shooting VideoKnowledge of Lighting techniques for creating excellent video qualityAttention to detail and creativity in editing and storytellingAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExperience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalentBachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plusExperience in creating content for digital platforms is advantageous
