Job Overview You will play a key role in capturing and producing engaging visual content that reflects Estadeem’s brand identity and enhances our clients’ presence across social and digital platforms. This role requires both technical skill and creative vision, from filming and photography to editing and post-production. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to bring ideas to life, ensuring all visual materials meet Estadeem’s standard of quality, creativity, and consistency. Core Responsibilities • Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, campaigns, corporate events, and client projects. • Support our team in executing shoot plans, managing equipment, and coordinating on-site logistics. • Edit and retouch photos and videos for multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and creative direction. • Maintain and organize visual assets, ensuring all content is properly archived and accessible. • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing executives to deliver cohesive campaign visuals. • Stay updated on the latest trends in photography, videography, and digital storytelling. • Manage equipment setup, lighting, and camera operation to achieve professional grade output. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Photography, or a related field. • 1–2 years of proven experience in videography and photography. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects. • Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition. • Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines efficiently. • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling. • Basic motion graphics or drone operation skills are a plus. • Must be based in the UAE and available for on-site shoots as required.
