The role requires strong hospitality experience, staff management skills, and the ability to deliver 5-star personalised service.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest & Family Service•Provide personalised, discreet hospitality.•Oversee meal service and coordinate with chef/cook.•Welcome guests and maintain villa ambiance (flowers, candles, lighting).Household & Staff Management•Supervise maids, gardeners, pool staff, and drivers.•Manage rosters, daily operations, and staff performance.•Maintain high cleaning and service standards.Property & Maintenance OversightInspect and maintain villa readiness.•Coordinate repairs, contractors, and maintenance teams.Wardrobe & Travel Support•Manage laundry, wardrobe organisation, and ironing.•Handle packing, itineraries, and travel arrangements.Administration•Manage inventories, petty cash, and household supplies.•Report directly to the family on operations.•Driving the family around if in case of emergency in the absence of the family driverRequirements•Experience as Villa Manager/Butler in a luxury home or 5-star hotel.•High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism.•Strong leadership and organisational skills.•Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.•Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.•UAE Driving License is a must
