You’ll play a key role in helping us manage our backend operations from CRM workflows and client communications to content scheduling and AI automations.If you’re highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tools and moving parts in a creative business, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoBuild and manage workflows in HubSpot (pipelines, deals, and automations)Keep CRM and MailerLite data clean, organised, and syncedMaintain Notion dashboards for project tracking, SOPs, and client recordsManage the calendar and inbox.
