This position requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesModernize Reporting & Analytics: Drive enhancements in reporting and analytics through technology platforms such as DealCloud, PowerBI, and emerging AI initiatives.Executive & Board Reporting: Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations and materials for the Board of Directors and Partnership.Management Reporting: Oversee weekly and monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, annual budgeting, non-compensation expense analysis, and peer/industry benchmarking.Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the firm’s transaction pipeline in DealCloud, engaging regularly with bankers and deal teams to ensure accuracy.Compensation & Equity Analysis: Maintain firmwide compensation database and equity model; prepare supporting analyses for senior management.Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the annual non-compensation expense budget.Strategic Projects: Execute ad hoc and recurring analyses to support strategic initiatives and performance improvement.Skills And QualificationsExperience: 5–7 years in FP&A or Strategy; knowledge of Investment Banking preferred.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with DealCloud and PowerBI preferred; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.Analytical Ability: Exceptional financial and data analysis skills with strong quantitative aptitude.Organizational Skills: Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with bankers and employees at all levels.Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Salary: Expected annualized total base compensation of $150k to $200k (base on experience)Benefits: Current benefits include healthcare, dental and vision plans, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching policy, group life and disability insurance, gym reimbursement program, hybrid work environment (3 days in Midtown NYC office).
