🌍 VP People & Culture | Global 💼 Reports to: CFO🚀 Career Track: CHRO (2–3 years)About the RoleWe’re partnering with our client, a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of environmental intelligence. Their cutting-edge data solutions help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions — enabling industries to optimize operations, improve safety, and reduce environmental impact.As they enter an exciting new phase of global expansion across Europe and the US, our client is seeking a VP People & Culture to define and drive the next evolution of their people strategy. This is a pivotal leadership role with a direct path to CHRO within 2–3 years.The OpportunityThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead the People & Culture function for a scaling international technology business. The successful candidate will blend strategic foresight with hands-on execution — building the frameworks, systems, and culture that empower high performance and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic People LeadershipTranslate the company’s 3–5 year business vision into an actionable people strategy.Develop and embed a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all regions.Advise senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and international HR scaling.Champion the company’s culture and values, ensuring engagement across global teams.2. Building for ScaleLead and develop HR and Office Management teams to ensure operational excellence.Implement scalable HR processes, systems, and tools (ATS, HRIS, performance platforms).Strengthen the HR function to align with rapid growth and future needs.Introduce automation and efficiency to support sustainable scaling.3. Talent AcquisitionRedesign and scale the talent acquisition function to meet ambitious hiring goals.Implement structured recruiting processes and introduce modern tools.Build and grow the employer brand across key talent platforms.4. Performance & People DevelopmentLaunch clear frameworks for goal-setting, performance management, and feedback.Create leadership and learning programs to grow internal talent.Partner with managers to build engaged, high-performing teams.Oversee compensation and benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.About You5–10+ years of experience in People & Culture roles, including 1–2 years at VP/Head level.Proven experience scaling a tech or tech-enabled business from ~100 to 300+ employees.Strong expertise in talent acquisition, organizational design, systems implementation, and L&D.A balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational ability.Experience in international, multi-country HR environments (European exposure preferred).Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.Why This RoleShape and lead the people strategy at a fast-growing international tech company.Partner with a forward-thinking leadership team that views People & Culture as a key growth driver.Build a scalable, modern HR infrastructure while nurturing a strong, values-driven culture.Play a central role in a purpose-led business making a real impact through technology and innovation.💡 Interested in learning more?We’d love to hear from experienced People & Culture leaders who thrive in high-growth, international environments.
