ResponsibilitiesSeeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Sales to lead its Grocery business unit focused on Walmart & Sam's Club. Based in Bentonville, AR, this role will drive business development, strengthen strategic relationships, and shape the future of the client portfolio within one of the most competitive sectors in retail.Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the Walmart/Sam's Club beauty and personal care space.Team & Client Development: Lead, inspire, and collaborate with a high-performing operations team.Build strong partnerships with Walmart and Sam's Club category buyers and brand-side stakeholders.Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities through creative networking, digital tools, and trade show engagement.Category Innovation: Partner with clients to optimize merchandising, promotional planning, pricing models, and product launch strategies tailored to Walmart/Sam's Club.Cross-Functional Excellence: Work closely with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution, including inventory optimization and on-time shipping.Digital & Data Insights: Use retail analytics and digital transformation tools to optimize sales performance and improve category alignment.Desired Qualifications7+ years of senior sales leadership experience in consumer goods, preferably supporting Walmart/Sam's Club.Expertise in the Grocery category; sales agency or broker background preferred.Proven track record in team leadership, revenue growth, and managing business units.Strong understanding of Walmart's omnichannel retail strategies.Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a drive to win.Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in retail analytics and digital sales tools is a plus.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building strong, trust-based relationships.Willingness to travel as needed.
