Job Description

As the VP Trade and Partnership specializing in sales media products, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.Key Responsibilities:Leadership:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and revenue within the media industry.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Business Development:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media partners to drive business growth and retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue potential.Sales Operations:Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.Collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, share best practices, and coordinate activities to support sales initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the media industry, with a focus on marketing and sales media products.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.Experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets and drive results.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
