VP Operations-D2C || CTC upto 25 LPA

Hiring at D2C India's first clean, skin-first makeup brand built to prove that high-performance beauty can be both effective and ethical.Job role:End-to-end supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and operational execution, ensuring smooth product availability, cost efficiency, and scalable processes. Will be responsible for operations P&L management, MIS reporting, and aligning operations with the company's growth plans.1. Supply Chain & Inventory:- End-to-end responsibility for procurement, vendor management, manufacturing coordination.- Optimize inventory planning & forecasting to ensure availability without overstocking.- Manage packaging supply chain and ensure on-time replenishment.2. Warehousing & Logistics:- Oversee warehousing operations: space utilization, efficiency, safety.- Manage dispatch, order fulfillment, and 3PL/logistics partners.- Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets across D2C and marketplaces.3. P&L & Cost Management:- Own operations P&L: control costs, improve margins, manage working capital.- Drive efficiencies in BOM, packaging, logistics, and vendor contracts.- Monitor and report unit economics (cost per order, fulfillment cost, etc.).4. MIS, Reporting & Process Excellence:- Build and maintain MIS dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly reporting.- Set up SOPs for supply chain and operations across stakeholders.- Track KPIs: inventory turnover, lead times, shrinkage, return % etc.5. Cross-Functional & Leadership:- Work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and D2C Tech to align supply chain with launches and campaigns.- Lead and mentor a growing operations team (warehouse, logistics, supply chain executives).- Manage external vendors and negotiate contracts.
