The Vice President of Store Quality (VPSQ) is focused on strategic business planning, coaching and developing relationships with our Partners, Store/Like Business Teams and Store Support Center, supporting lease renewals, and initiating new lease agreements. The VPSQ is responsible for building and retaining a high performing and diverse community of Like Business Teams, District Managers, Store Directors and Store Team Members. The VPSQ leads our Store Teams to exceed net income goals and maximize per occupied room revenue through strategic business planning, operational excellence and relationship building with Partners.At the VPSQ’s assigned stores, the VPSQ is the main point of contact for their respective partnerships.The VPSQ builds a web of relationships throughout the partner staff at all stores in their vertical/business unit.The VPSQ is a member of the Store Quality Team, serves as an advocate for our stores and partners, and acts as an ambassador within e|n and the external marketplace.Key Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesCollaborate with EVP to develop strategic business plans for each business in the in the area to maximize per occupied room sales, revenues and profitability; and consistently strive to exceed the expectations of our partners.Develop and maintain a strong alliance with all partners with the goal of maintaining long term relationships and renew lease agreements.Present Business Reviews to our Partners and ensure that all necessary follow-up is executed in a timely and professional manner.Build strong relationships with e|n team members that align and support the execution of strategic business plans.Support future growth of e|n by building and maintaining a strong bench of retail talent. Work with People Services, District Managers, and Operations to implement training and development programs for store teams.Responsible for ensuring Store Directors maintain stores of the highest standards and all policies, procedures and governance are followed.Collaborate with District Managers and Director Store Operations to identify trends, resolve issues and meet Company operational goals.Uphold and evaluate the execution of established best practices and communicate feedback to the EVP and Store Quality Team.Communicate clear expectations and hold self, District Managers, Store Directors, Store Teams accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior.Responsible for the geographical area commitment and execution of e|n service standards.Work with visual team to provide visual presentation direction and training to all Team Members to support “Selling More”.Oversee the execution of all store transitions.Performs all non-revenue generating tasks as required such as travel arrangements, expenses etc.Travel RequirementsThe Vice President of Store Quality will be required to travel as needed to meet the needs of the business.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
