Lead matters with partner support, managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years’ PQE from a top-tier law firm in Banking & Finance. Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge of finance transactions. Commercial approach with excellent relationship management skills. Offshore experience is an advantage but not essential.
