Headquartered in New Delhi, MARS Cosmetics is committed to offering ground breaking products that meet the ever-evolving needs of consumers worldwide.Job Description:• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.• Ensure 100% dispatch accuracy and on-time Dispatch/delivery to GT distributors/ CFAs.• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and variance analysis.• Drive implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse functions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.• Monitor and control material handling, manpower productivity, and warehouse expenses.• Coordinate with CFAs, Logistics teams for smooth dispatch scheduling and load planning.• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory movement and generate operational reports , Deep knowledge of ERP functioning• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and stock accuracy.• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team for high performance and accountability.• Ensure timely documentation, including GRNs, DCs, and system postings.• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for dispatch accuracy, cycle count, and warehouse KPIs.Key Skills Required:Should have good understanding to handle small Quantities with Multiple SKUs .
