Head office is located in Yangon and branch offices in Mandalay, Naypyidaw and Taunggyi.Warehouse OfficerMobility is the goalPerform daily warehouse operations goods receiving, storing and issuing and dispatching processes in accordance with company’s requirementsHandle both manual data inputting for local materials and SAP MM (Material Management) function for daily goods receiving and issuingConduct regular stock cross-checks with branch stores for any stock discrepancies while overall in charge of annual stock count and inventory accuracyMonitor all local and oversea stock materials and identify for timely replenishment, by coordinating between Group Inventory planner and local purchasing teamManage warehouse facilities to be in cleanliness and also to ensure all warehouse activities and processes in compliance with local and group guideline of Safety and FQE StandardsArrange all domestic and oversea outbound dispatching, not only to city and branch areas and also to other oversea OCsPrepare and report weekly/ monthly for the data of Goods Issuing, Test Materials and Control Print Damage ReturnReceive warehouse related inquiry calls from EI service colleagues and support as required for 24/7 operation environmentPerform other warehouse related ad-hoc assignments by PLW ManagerMobility needs youStrong warehouse skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisoryGood knowledge of receiving, storing, issuing, dispatching, physical stock countCompetency in Inventory Control to monitor and manage stock levelsProficiency in outbound logistics for both domestic and overseaExperience with Warehouse safety and housekeeping and good documentation practicesComputer skills, especially MS Word and Excel and Power PointSAP MM function knowledge is preferredGood English communication skills (both verbal and written)Any Diploma (or) Bachelor’s DegreeSupply Chain or Warehouse management diploma or certificates are preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse OperationsDo you want to move the future with us?If so, we would like to meet you, and look forward to receiving your complete application documents.Cho Zin Wincho.zin.win@schindler.comwww.jardineschindler.comAt Schindler Group we value inclusion and diversity, and practice equity to create equal opportunities for all.
