Our mission is to empower Cat® dealers and customers with unmatched parts availability, logistics agility, and operational reliability.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Warehouse Operations - Senior Team Leader to support our leadership team in executing daily operations, supervising shifts, and reporting performance across key logistics functions. You will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and act as a vital link between frontline teams and management leveraging digital tools and data insights to boost efficiency and productivity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to:Coordinate the team to meet the daily production goals on safety, quality, velocity and cost targets.Implement productivity, quality, and service standards; resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.Support team members with workflow related questions/queries. Train and onboard team members in standard work processes.Proactively resolve issues and generate new ideas for your assigned area using the Continuous Improvement (CI) process to improve quality, effectiveness and safety.Contribute performance data to strategic planning and reviews.Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.Applies structured methods to resolve daily issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, bottlenecks).Uphold an inclusive, engaging safety culture.Your Profile – What You Should BringBachelor’s degree or higher.2–5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation.Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.Must be flexible and support extra hours if required and willing to work on a multi shift pattern.Skills You HaveStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Aware of, controls, and expresses emotions, and handles interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.Self-motivated, with the flexibility to deal with independent and team behaviors, you should be able to motivate teams through positive reinforcement to build an inclusive environment.Making decisions and actions that reflect our values and support the enterprise.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and visualize operational data (e.g., Power BI, Excel).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Warehouse Management Systems.Familiarity with digital inventory and order tracking systems.Additional InformationThis is an onsite role, 5 days a week.We value authenticity and encourage candidates to submit original, personally crafted responses throughout our hiring process.
