The position will be reported to the Head of Warehouse of the Supply Chain department in Skouries.Main Responsibilities:Compliance with HG Health & Safety procedures and hazardous materials regulations in all warehousing activitiesInvestigation and corrective actions following incidents or near misses to strengthen safety performanceOversight of daily warehouse operations across Olympias, Stratoni, and Skouries, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safetySupervision and support of warehouse teams, including coordination of staffing, scheduling, and equipment allocation. Coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, including collaboration with 3PL partners where applicableCollaboration with the Inventory & Warehousing Lead to optimize space and material allocation across sitesMonitoring of key warehouse KPIs (turnaround time, occupancy, audit results) and leadership of continuous improvement actionsInspections of warehouse areas and implementation of housekeeping and 5S standardsOnboarding, coaching, and development of warehouse personnelProper use of SAP and adherence to warehouse processes and controlsRequirements:Technical or logistics-related degree or diplomaCertification in warehouse or safety management is an advantage5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent roleExperience in mining, construction, or industrial environments preferredProficiency in SAP (MM module preferred)Strong knowledge of warehousing standards, MHE, and storage configurationsGood understanding of safety, SEVESO, and hazardous materials storage regulationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to drive safety culture and operational disciplineEffective communication across multiple levels and functionsFlexibility to work across all HG sites based on operational needsOur company offers a competitive remuneration package that includes an attractive combination of basic salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for development in a challenging work environment.Inclusion and DiversityHellas Gold is an equal opportunities employer.
