As a mission-driven organization, we lead with sustainability and service excellence, having pioneered a circular model for deploying medical equipment to investigator sites worldwide.Overview:As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, team productivity, packing according to shipment requirements, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee goods reception and registration: physical receipt, quality checks versus purchase orders, ERP booking, and accurate inventory entry for all items stored in the warehouse.Manage stock integrity: full location tracking, cycle counting, strict alignment between physical stock and ERP data, monitoring of use-by dates, and optimization of stock utilization.Guarantee proper storage and flow: apply the correct storage conditions per product, segregate and control goods reserved for customer studies, and ensure orders are picked on time and in full, escalating any missing data or products.Lead packing and shipping activities: pack orders according to customer and destination requirements in line with customs and local regulations, maintain an organized and well-stocked packing area, and coordinate carrier pickups.Optimize warehouse operations and team: design and adjust the warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and smooth flow, schedule and supervise the warehouse team to maximize efficiency, limit overtime, and uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.Your Profile:Background: Logistics and/or technical background, supported by relevant studies or training.Experience: At least 5 years in a warehouse, logistics or technical environment, ideally with strong exposure to inventory, goods reception and stock management.Technical Skills: Proficient with computing systems and comfortable working with ERP and other inventory/warehouse management tools.Languages: Native-level English; French is a strong plus.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the medical sector is considered a plus.Soft Skills: Autonomous, rigorous, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.EEO Statement: Quipment is an equal opportunity employer.
