ActivitiesWork closely with the Chief Health OfficerAssist the Sales & Marketing team in meetings and exchanges with partners and potential B2B partnersActively work on the acquisition and retention of providers in the Waspito network.
Respond to customer complaints, medical information requests, and ensure quality support on our various digital platformsRespond to user messages and requests in the Waspito application discussion forumsProvide content for health education on the Waspito platform and manage various thematic forumsPropose and publish content on our digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Waspito application) related to current health education themes and issues Communicate as needed about Waspito's services in the local mediaProcess medical reports for B2B (insurance clients)Assist in organising quarterly GSS activities according to the health calendarQualifications Medical degree, License to practice from the Cameroon Medical CouncilPersonal qualities· Sharp sense of organization· Good command of the French language (understanding of English is an advantage)· Proactive, reactive, and motivated.
