Alert Microfinance Bank (MFB) is a profitable, deposit-taking institution based in Lagos, with a mission to support Micro and SME entrepreneurs through customized financial services. Auto Bucks, the second subsidiary, is a non-deposit-taking microfinance institution focused on SME lending and is in the process of launching operations. Together, these entities provide tailored financial solutions to help businesses grow and thrive. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Wealth Manager. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for assisting clients with financial planning, providing investment management services, evaluating investment opportunities, creating financial strategies, and advising on insurance needs. This role also involves fostering relationships with clients, assessing their financial goals, and providing tailored solutions to achieve long-term financial success. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Planning and FinanceExperience in Deposit Mobilization Expertise in Investment Management and InvestmentsKnowledge of Insurance products and ability to provide adviceProven experience in portfolio management and financial strategy developmentExcellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
