About the jobThe Wealth Manager will be responsible for facilitating business growth through the sales of deposit products across retail, high net-worth individuals (HNI), and corporate clients, with the goal of meeting a monthly deposit mobilization target of at least ₦200 million.Responsibilities:- Meet monthly deposit mobilization targets of ₦200 million- Utilize high-end presentation tools and skills to attract and manage deposit clients- Foster beneficial relationships with new and existing clients to retain and attract new business- Develop and manage a strong pipeline and network of clients for deposit products- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company product knowledge- Deliver increasing deposit portfolio performance and provide regular reports- Engage with the product team to develop new products and select suitable investment strategies- Analyze clients' investment portfolios and identify opportunities for asset re-allocation to generate additional yield or minimize investment riskRequirements:- Minimum of 4 years of sales and business development experience in the banking/financial sector, dealing with HNI clients- Strong understanding of deposit mobilization, reporting, and presentation skills- Good understanding of cross-border fund schemes and investment tools- Deep understanding of the Nigerian capital market (an added advantage)- Understanding of asset management services, trends, including portfolio management, financial planning, and client reporting- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and processes
