Job PurposeCareChoice Clonakilty are now welcoming applications for part-time / relief Receptionist role to cover weekend shifts- Saturday & Sunday and holiday cover when needed. The Receptionist would be working with all departments and providing the best possible customer care and administrative support. Providing a friendly environment where queries are handled professionally and with confidentiality.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for the operation of the switchboard and redirect calls in a professional and courteous mannerMaintaining an organized. neat and tidy deskProviding secretarial support for managers where neededProficient use of word, email, internet, excel, power point, photocopier, franking machine, fax machine and other office equipment. Completing all the paperwork involved in admitting and discharging ResidentsImputing residents details files to ensure all are up to dateReceiving and recording cash receipts. Issuing receipts to customersCoordinating incoming and out coming mailRefer any queries regarding bed vacancies to the relevant managerFiling residents details and archiving old filesOrdering any supplies using the Company purchasing systemCo-ordinate complaints handling and compliance with Complaints policyPerson Specification Requirements:Knowledge of IT skillsGood knowledge of Health and Safety.
