Our Company Secretarial team supports clients in meeting their governance and compliance obligations under Irish law.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Company Secretarial Associate with 1–1.5 years’ experience in Irish company law and practical experience filing with the Companies Registration Office (CRO). This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on diverse projects for leading Irish and international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file statutory forms and annual returns with the CRO in compliance with the Companies Act 2014.Maintain statutory registers and records for client companies.Assist with company incorporations, director and shareholder changes, and other corporate filings.Support clients with Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) filings and updates.Draft board and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions.Assisting and supporting the Corporate Law Team in the delivery of cross-service line projects.Coordinate and manage deadlines for annual compliance requirements.Provide guidance to clients on Irish company law and governance obligations.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.Skills and Attributes for SuccessStrong understanding of Irish company law and CRO filing requirements.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused.Qualifications And Experience1–1.5 years’ experience in a company secretarial or corporate compliance role in Ireland.Practical experience with CORE (CRO Online Filing System).Familiarity with Diligent softwareFamiliarity with Companies Act 2014 and statutory obligations.ICSA qualification (or part-qualified) or relevant legal/business degree is an advantage.Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration and benefits.Opportunities for professional development and training.Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.Collaborative and supportive team environment.About EYAs a global leader in Assurance, Tax, Transaction and Advisory Services, we’re using the finance products, expertise, and systems we’ve developed to build a better working world.
