Wholesale/Production CoordinatorLocation: Nerang, Gold CoastReports to: Head of Wholesale/ProductionDepartment: Wholesale/Production Salary: Negotiable for Right Candidate OverviewThe Wholesale & Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving and supporting the brand’s global wholesale and production operations. Working closely with the Head of Wholesale/Production, this person ensures the seamless execution of orders from concept to delivery, balancing commercial goals with operational excellence.Your Role as our Wholesale & Production Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our design, production and logistics teams. You’ll also ensure that every wholesale order, from initial purchase order through to delivery, runs on time, accurately, and aligned with our brand’s quality expectationsYou will:Coordinate wholesale orders across global markets, ensuring all order details, invoices, and timelines are managed with precision.Track production schedules and manufacturing timelines.Communicate daily with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth production flow, accurate documentation, and on-time shipments.Manage wholesale systems such as NuORDER and retailer backends (Nordstrom, Revolve, etc.), ensuring product data, line sheets, imagery, and pricing are always up to date.Support ERP and inventory management processes, updating product codes, SKUs, and stock levels in alignment with production and fulfilment schedules.Collaborate with logistics partners to manage freight bookings, customs documentation, and delivery confirmations.Assist the sales team with weekly sell-through reports, stock analysis, and range planning for key wholesale accounts.Maintain operational excellence by identifying process improvements, optimising systems, and ensuring all documentation is clear, current, and compliant.Manage daily communication with international stockists and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.Prepare and analyse wholesale performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities.Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep every part of the process runningWhat You’ll Bring2–4 years experience in wholesale coordination, production, operations, or supply chain within fashion, jewellery, accessories, or consumer goods.A strong understanding of wholesale lifecycles, from purchase orders and production timelines to logistics and retailer requirements.High proficiency in Google Sheets, with experience managing data and reports.Familiarity with ERP systems, Shopify, NuORDER, or major retailer backends (such as Nordstrom, Revolve, David Jones & The Iconic) is highly desired but not essential, we’ll train the right person.Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an ability to manage multiple priorities at once.Why You’ll Love Working With UsBe part of a fast-growing, founder-led brand making waves globally.Collaborate with a passionate teamEnjoy a supportive, inspiring workplace culture built on integrity, kindness, and excellence.See your work come to life, from warehouse to international retail shelves and customers around the world.Generous staff discountUnlimited cuddles with our office puppiesFlexible working arrangements
