Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Operations ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for performing precise electrical wiring and panel assembly based on technical drawings, while actively collaborating with team members and applying problem-solving skills to ensure quality, safety, and timely resolution of production challenges.The work model for the role is: Tangerang FactoryYou will be mainly accountable for:Responsible for executing precise electrical wiring tasks according to engineering drawings and safety standards.Ensures all wiring activities meet quality requirements and production timelines.Maintains a clean and organized work area while adhering to workplace safety regulations.Actively participates in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of wiring processes.Collaborates with supervisors and team members to report issues and support efficient workflow.Qualifications For The RoleMinimum vocational diploma (SMK) in electrical engineering or a related technical field.Proven experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, or industrial automation is preferred.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality standards.Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively with team members.What’s in it for you?
