We are looking for a Workforce Manager to lead workforce planning, allocation, and optimization efforts, ensuring the right talent is deployed to meet operational and project requirements. This role will oversee third-party workforce governance, vendor management, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. If you have strong analytical skills, vendor management experience, and a passion for workforce optimization, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Planning & AllocationLead third-party workforce data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Align workforce planning with operational and project requirements.Recommend workforce solutions based on resourcing models and assign talent within SLAs.Develop dashboards and reports on workforce trends, costs, and performance.Third-Party Workforce GovernanceSupport policy development and risk mitigation strategies for third-party engagements.Maintain and update workforce database/inventory.Vendor ManagementEngage accredited vendors and monitor proposals.Enforce SLAs, ensure compliance with budget and approvals, and facilitate vendor selection.Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues as needed.Team CollaborationProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years in workforce planning, third-party staffing, managed services, or vendor management.Skills:Advanced MS Excel proficiency.Data visualization and analytics (Power BI, Tableau).Experience automating repetitive tasks (report generation, talent matching).Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
