With a broad portfolio of patient-centric products across varied markets, they impact millions of lives, offering employees the chance to be part of an innovative firm that fosters professional growth through collaborations across multiple functional areas.Conditions:6 months contract duration with possibility of extension5 days per week on-site presence in Zugstart by December 1st, 2025 (or upon agreement)Benefits:Be pivotal in shaping the workplace environment, enhancing employee engagement and developing the physical workspace.Engage in a multifaceted role with diverse responsibilities, leveraging your skills in an environment that values creative solutions.Collaborate while managing dynamic workplace strategies, contributing to an expansive commercial product pipeline and fostering professional development.Role Responsibilities:Support and enhance our client's company culture by creating and maintaining engaging, functional workspace environments.Serve as the primary liaison with the building Property Manager, overseeing day-to-day facility operations and ensuring smooth communication.Plan, organize, and execute on-site employee events that foster collaboration and engagement.Manage building operations, including reviewing and prioritizing work requests, developing annual management plans, and conducting building condition and utilization audits.Recommend and implement policies or physical changes to optimize space usage and workplace efficiency.Develop short- and long-term strategies for space planning, including new or renovated areas, in coordination with business growth projections and departmental needs.Oversee all soft services (food services, catering, janitorial, pest control, mail, parking, transportation, access control, and reception) to maintain high service standards.Manage vendor and supplier relationships for office furniture, moves/adds/changes, and other facility-related projects.Provide clear direction and information to service partners to ensure superior service delivery.Participate in financial budget development and management for facilities operations.Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support business or facility needs.Perform additional duties as required to support the Facilities and Workplace Operations teamRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Customer Experience, or Space Planning.Familiarity with planning and scheduling maintenance activities is an advantage.Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Take your career to new heights with our client, where innovation meets inclusivity.
