All employees have access to on-demand dental services.Optional Benefits: We offer a range of optional benefits, including healthcare cash plans.Role And ResponsibilitiesAllocate work to Technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achievedLiaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.Ensure all work is completed in the allocated time to achieve high productivity within the workshop.Report and seek advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted so that these may be overcome, and the customer kept informed where delays resultThe Ideal Candidate WillRelevant experience in the automotive industry, including previous workshop control or technician roles.High levels of organisation and accuracy.Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across departmentsThe ability to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their targets and deliver a high standard of work.What We OfferJoining our team means you'll be part of a dynamic and rewarding environment.
