We are looking for candidates available for a 12-month internship starting in February / March 2026.Your ResponsibilitiesYou manage the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for Spot RFQ, Spare parts and development projectsYou follow-up on projects from first design to Start of Production (SOP)You handle Signal Code management in the ERPYou track orders and ensure proper follow-upYou update Project Milestone Tracking (PMT) dashboards and documentationYou support the Purchasing parameters maintenance in the ERP (INFOR LN)You contribute to Make-or-Buy sourcing project managementYou support continuous process improvement initiativesYour profileYou hold a master’s degree in Purchasing with Project Management knowledge, in Management with a Purchasing specialization or in Engineering with a Project Management focusYou have experience in an international multi-site companyYou ideally have experience in Automotive and/or Avionics, or HydraulicsYou have project management skills such as summarizing multi-canal information and prioritizing projects on Part Number levelYou are proficient in Excel; knowledge in SAP/INFOR and VBA would be an advantageYou are proficient in English (TOEIC higher than 750) and another language such as German, French or Mandarin would be a plusYou demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and genuine technical curiosityYou are comfortable reporting to Directors and managing negotiations with suppliers and internal key partnersOur offerYou will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of work and gain varied and exciting experience within an international family business.
