Job Title: Zonal Manager Direct SalesDepartment: Sales Location: GurgaonJob Summary:The Sales Zonal Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of sales representatives, ensuring efficient operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills to drive team performance, enhance sales results, and foster positive customer relationships. The ZM will also manage daily operations, ensure adherence to SLAs, and collaborate with other departments to meet company goals.
