Jennifer Aniston’s NYC Move Has Friends Concerned She’s Placing Jim Curtis’ Needs ‘Above Her Own’ (Exclusive)

Jennifer Aniston is putting plans into motion to move across the country to be closer to boyfriend Jim Curtis, and it’s causing major panic among her friends, a source exclusively tells the National Enquirer. “Jen has said for years that her biggest mistake in relationships has been trying to change herself to fit what the man wants,” the source says of the Friends actress, 56. “She’s done so much work on that issue and yet here she is, about to do it again and change her life drastically on a whim to suit Jim.” According to the insider, Aniston has often claimed New York was “good for a quick visit” but California is home. “This sudden plan to get a place in New York is so out of left field and it’s really raised serious concern among her close friends because it’s genuinely out of character,” the source continued. “She tried doing it when she was with [ex-husband] Justin Theroux, because New York is his favorite city, and it was not good for her.” The Morning Show actress gushed about her hypnotherapist boyfriend, 50, during an interview with Elle published on November 12. “Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does,” she told the outlet. “He’s quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people. He’s very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity.” While Aniston seems to be on cloud nine amid her budding romance, her friends believe the move to the Big Apple would be “a mistake,” the source tells the Enquirer. “She’s putting his needs above her own. She’s been so excited about her place in Montecito, she’s spent so much time and money getting it just right and now she wants to move across the country,” the insider notes. “It makes no sense and they are trying to get her to pump the brakes on this plan.”
