Proclamation No. 1092 declared December 18 a special non-working day in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan to observe the city’s Charter anniversary. Proclamation No. 1093 declared December 23 a special non-working day in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental to mark the city’s 25th Charter anniversary. Proclamation No. 1094 meantime declared December 23 a special non-working day in Sto. Niño, South Cotabato to celebrate the municipality’s 45th founding anniversary and the 26th Hinublag Festival.
