Job Description

工作职责 主导生产工艺改进及质量难题攻关，为规模化生产提供技术支持，推动产品良率提升与成本优化； 2. 针对工艺/质量异常开展根因分析，制定改进方案并落地实施，持续提升生产效能； 3. 参与项目方案策划与执行，识别潜在机会与风险，并提出优化建议。任职要求 本科及以上学历，2026年应届毕业生，理工类专业优先，如材料科学与工程（含材料物理/化学方向）、工业工程、机械工程、物理学等； 2. 对光伏行业、工艺质量改善、项目管理有浓厚兴趣，有项目实践经验或课程项目者优先； 3. 持有英语CET-4/CET-6/雅思/托福有效证书者优先； 4. 严谨细致，责任心强，有较强的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
