We’re looking for an Accommodation & Administration Leading Hand to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service across our site/village operations.In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure our guests feel welcomed, our systems run smoothly, and our administration team is supported, trained and empowered to shine.What You’ll DoOversee daily accommodation and administrative operations to keep the village running efficientlyManage check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries through our site booking systemsSupport housekeeping and admin teams with run sheets, accurate documentation and workflow coordinationMaintain impeccable records, including invoices, accounts, HSE documents and compliance filesLead by example—holding team meetings, providing feedback, and supporting training and developmentMonitor budgets, order office supplies and authorise paymentsEnsure all administrative processes meet company and client standardsAssist with recruitment, onboarding and delivery of site-specific HSE trainingPromote a safe, organised and professional workplace for both staff and residentsWhat You’ll Bring2–5 years’ experience in accommodation or administration within hospitality, village operations or service deliveryStrong capability with Microsoft Office, booking systems and (ideally) INX, SAP or similar platformsA knack for clear communication, problem-solving and staying composed under pressureAttention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracyExperience supporting or mentoring team membersA Diploma or higher in Business, Administration or related studies (preferred)Additional InformationHow to apply?If you are interested in joining the Sodexo team and you meet the minimum criteria above, please apply with your resume detailing relevant employment history and availability.One of our friendly recruiters will contact shortlisted candidates for a phone interview, this is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have!What are you waiting for, submit your application today, so that you can become part of the Sodexo family!
