Role OverviewThe Account Executive provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support across marketing production workstreams in Indonesia. This role ensures smooth project execution by handling documentation, timelines, communication flows, and basic client servicing tasks. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing production or client services career, looking to gain experience in POSM, print, OOH, premiums, and retail activation.Key Responsibilities1. Project CoordinationSupport the execution of POSM, print, OOH, and promotional material projects for Indonesia.Maintain project trackers, workflow tools, documentation, and status reports.Coordinate artwork routing, feedback collection, revisions, and approvals.Help prepare timelines, meeting notes, action lists, and delivery schedules.Ensure all project data is accurate and properly archived.2. Client Servicing SupportSupport senior team members by preparing updates, follow-ups, and documentation for clients.Join client meetings (as required) to take notes and ensure follow-through.Assist with daily communication and clarification of operational requirements.3. Supplier CoordinationLiaise with vendors to request quotes, samples, production updates, or delivery confirmations.Help track supplier performance and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.Work with sourcing and QC teams to support sampling, testing, and quality checks.4. Commercial & Admin SupportPrepare paperwork for estimates, POs, invoices, and budget documentation.Ensure all internal systems and records are updated and accurate.Support month-end financial reconciliation tasks where required.5. Internal Workflow SupportCoordinate tasks across client services, sourcing, QC, production, and finance.Assist Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in workload management.Contribute to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies.RequirementsExperience0–2 years’ experience in coordination, admin, marketing operations, production support, supply chain, or similar roles.A plus: knowledge of POSM, print, packaging, OOH, or merchandising.SkillsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detail.Clear communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn production workflows.Soft QualitiesProactive, dependable, and keen to grow in marketing production.Collaborative and comfortable working with vendors and internal teams.Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.Summary (1-liner)A highly organised, detail-oriented coordinator who supports project execution, communication, and documentation across POSM/print/OOH workflows for the Indonesia market.
