JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY• Daily UGC monitoring and update• Make sure hygiene activities across all platforms, including in Community has no missed out• Responsible to maintain relationship with community members/external community• Tracking all shared activities from client and make sure no missed out in the process• PIC for all activities including Gamification, Contest, and Gifts (FOC) Delivery, Online/Offline Event• In-charge for the most publishing items (Community Post, News & Tips, Banners, Push Notifications)• Content development to engage with Members (Community Discussion once a week)REQUIREMENTS • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major. • Experience: 1–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome). • Technical Skills:Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new tools. • Soft Skills:Community engagement and moderation.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • English: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency. • Excel: Basic to Advanced proficiency.
