Role OverviewThe Account Manager plays a key role in coordinating marketing production projects for the Indonesian market. This role works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of POSM, print, OOH, premiums, and retail activation materials.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Workflow ManagementManage day-to-day delivery of POSM, print, and activation materials for Indonesia.Own timelines, status trackers, WIP reports, and workflow documents.Ensure complete and accurate briefs before initiating artwork or production.Coordinate approvals, revisions, and communication flows across teams.Client ManagementAct as the daily contact for operational and campaign activity.Provide updates, reports, and insights to Indonesian client teams.Support escalation handling and issue resolution.Supplier & Production CoordinationCollaborate with sourcing and QC teams on vendor selection, sampling, QA, and timelines.Track production progress and ensure adherence to specifications.Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering discussions.Commercial GovernancePrepare estimates and documentation for approval.Ensure data accuracy for PO creation, invoicing, and financial reporting.Maintain compliance with internal processes and brand guidelines.Team SupportWork closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors.Contribute to best-practice sharing and operational improvement.Support market reporting for regional teams when required.Requirements3–5 years’ experience in account management or production coordination.Hands-on experience in POSM, print, OOH, packaging, or merchandising preferred.Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with vendors and suppliers in Indonesia.Ability to multitask under fast-paced deadlines and high-volume workflows.
