Role OverviewThe Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading daily client servicing, project delivery, and operational excellence across marketing production workstreams in Indonesia. This includes high-volume POSM, print, OOH, activation materials, and promotional items.This role sits at the center of client communication, supplier coordination, and internal workflow management, ensuring that campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to quality and commercial standards.Key Responsibilities1. Client Management (Indonesia Market)Act as the primary operational contact for day-to-day client interactions.Manage multiple workstreams, campaigns, and stakeholders across brand and shopper teams.Provide proactive recommendations, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.Support annual/quarterly planning discussions and scoping alignment.2. Project & Workflow LeadershipOwn end-to-end project management for POSM, print, OOH, and merchandising deliverables.Oversee briefing accuracy, artwork routing, approvals, sampling, and production checkpoints.Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, WIP reports, and workflow tools.Manage complex timelines and ensure timely escalation of issues.3. Supplier & Internal CoordinationCollaborate closely with sourcing, QC, finance, and production teams.Support vendor selection, cost estimation, and sampling approvals.Help resolve production issues, quality concerns, or delays with suppliers.Ensure all deliverables follow approved specifications and brand guidelines.4. Commercial & Financial GovernancePrepare and manage job estimates, budget trackers, and approval paperwork.Ensure compliance with commercial processes and documentation requirements.Track spend, savings, and financial performance for the Indonesian market.Support invoice processing and month-end financial reporting.5. Team Collaboration & LeadershipProvide guidance to junior team members and support cross-training.Lead stand-ups, workflow reviews, and project check-ins with internal teams.Help shape internal best practices and operational improvements.Act as deputy to the Account Director when required.RequirementsExperience5–7 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing productionBackground in POSM, print production, OOH, packaging, shopper marketing, merchandising, or retail activation highly preferredProven experience handling large-scale or complex project delivery in IndonesiaSkillsStrong project leadership and stakeholder managementExcellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to multitask under tight deadlinesCommercial awareness (costing, budgeting, approval flows)Familiarity with Indonesia’s supplier ecosystem for marketing materialsSoft QualitiesCollaborative and solutions-orientedCalm under pressure, strong problem-solverComfortable leading conversations with clients and suppliersProactive thinker with a continuous improvement mindsetSummary (1-liner)A senior-level, Jakarta-based marketing production lead who manages high-volume POSM/print/OOH projects, owns client relationships, coordinates suppliers, and ensures exceptional delivery quality.
