Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial and accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include conducting audits, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and offering financial analysis to support decision-making. The Accountant will collaborate with team members to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Account ReconciliationExperience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Tax ComplianceKnowledge of Auditing and adherence to regulatory standardsProficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Management ToolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a hybrid work arrangementA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferredExperience in corporate or financial consulting is a plus
