Today, the Company owns and manages approximately 10 million square feet across 18 states.POSITIONThe Manager of Accounting Operations in the Philippines will join our team remotely. This position will work during standard US Pacific Time business hours.REPORTING RESPONSIBILITYThis role will report to the Senior Managing Director.DUTIESAssist in reviewing the company’s daily funding requirementsReview employee and contractor reimbursements prior to executive team approvalAssist in overseeing the team in the Philippines including but not limited to the following:Reviewing and processing contractor invoices, including cost analysis and reimbursement validationUpdating property assignmentsEvaluation of performance of the accounting teamCo-lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operationsPropose and identify process enhancements; co-manage implementation upon approval by the Senior Managing DirectorAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external useHelp organize and facilitate training sessions, onboarding and outboarding activitiesProvide high-level accounting and administrative support to the Head of Accounting Operations in the PhilippinesSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of Accounting OperationsQualificationsCPA requiredLatin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) requiredAt least 10 years of audit / accounting experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms with at least 3 years in a managerial roleStrong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processesSolid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-taskWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust possess strong work ethicMust be a team playerCONSULTING FEEWe offer a generous consulting fee & benefits package, along with the opportunity for development and stability within a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial, and growing real estate investment group.Powered by JazzHRvPE1iR8ajx
