Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist located in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly.Key Responsibilities:Serves as the primary point of contact of the clients with existing accounts.Receive and assess clients’ requests for endorsement to the management for approval.Provides utmost assistance in client inquiries, specifically the turnover process to ensure client’s convenience.Negotiate with the clients and present payment proposals related to the collection and settlement of accounts.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Account Management and Customer Service skills.Strong Analytical Skills.Excellent Communication skills.Focus on Customer Satisfaction.Ability to work on-site in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City.Experience in accounts management, billing, or collections is an advantage.
