Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.What You Will DoCollaborate with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs)Manage daily operations and ensure KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met.Fulfill basic reporting needs by accurately extracting and organizing data from internal sourcesAct as a go-to contact for questions related to internal programs and policies; escalate issues when necessaryMaintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for processes, policies, and internal FAQsPartner with teams to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvementTake ownership of additional ad-hoc projects as assignedWhat We Are Looking For1–3 years of relevant work experience in a support, operations, or shared services functionBachelor’s degree preferredExperience in a high-growth international tech environment is a strong advantageFamiliarity with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic reporting functions, etc.)Track record of managing documentation and providing internal support with a customer-focused mindsetWhat Else You Need To KnowThis is an onsite role based in our Makati office location.
