This involves all operational duties in connection with accounts receivable including but not limited to cash receipt entry, invoice creation and cancellation, credit memo creation, write-off processing, and month end reconciliations.This is a hybrid position that requires attendance at the office 1-2 days per week.Accounts ReceivableWHAT YOU’LL DO / KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and distribute all incoming submissions to Outlook mailboxes Match and record various revenue stream deposit transactions into the AR system. Volume of payments average between 50 to 100 transactions per day, increasing during peak times Review and manage daily posting of transactions, including review journals and invoice entry queuesProcess authorized adjusting entries requested through Case Management into the AR system, including credit memos, deposit corrections, write offs and cancellationsCreation of invoices and credit memos as requested by the business Manage case management submissions to ensure timely processing of requestsMonthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable subledgerOther duties as requiredWhat You Will Bring / Qualifications & ExperienceHigh Proficiency and strong working knowledge of MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and FoxitWorking knowledge of accounting softwareGeneral accounting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONSOCAN is committed to providing an inclusive workplace environment that meets the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities.
