JD - Jr. Associate1. Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in alignment SLAs, and compliance requirements.2. Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams (finance, delivery, client account managers) to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.3. System Operations: Maintain accurate billing information in ERP/finance systems 4. Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure billing activities comply with enterprise policies, local tax regulations, and audit standards.5. Reporting: Generate and maintain existing billing status reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership visibility.6. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in billing workflows, recommend process improvements, and support automation initiatives.7. Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the GCC Finance team and HQ Finance for seamless billing operations.MSREducation Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationProfessional Qualifications:1. 2 to 5 years’ experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations2. Familiarity with Australian tax and compliance requirements is an advantage3. Certification in finance/accounting (CA Inter etc.) preferred but not mandatory4. Hands-on experience with billing/ERP systems (e.g SAP)5. Excellent attention to detail and prior experience working with large datasets6. Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders7. Problem-solving and analytical mindset for resolving billing disputes
