Job Description

Job Purpose•Responsible for handling, controlling, and overseeing the administrative requirements of the team•Assists the Section Head in reviewing the collectors’ handling of accounts assigned to the team•Evaluates and assists cardholders in resolving service issues that results to non-payment of accounts•Performs ocular visitation to agencies and conducts audit based on checklist discusses observations and findings with agency Supervisor•Facilitates prompt handling of cardholders inquiries, requests or complaints for collection accounts under their team as referred by collection agents, Customer Service or other departmentsJob Requirements•Any four-year business courses•Preferably with collection or customer service experience in a credit card or any financial services company for at least three months
