Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!Profile Requirements:Min Two years' experience within an administrative role or similarA high attention to details, particularly while completing data entrySolid communications skills, both verbal and writtenAn ability to work in a team environment whilst also being able to work autonomously as neededAn ability to solve problems — working through the best possible outcomes forthe customer at all timesConfidence in working under pressure and prioritizing work as neededComfortable managing tasks and seeing through to completionPrior experience in the mortgage industry well regardedEnthusiasm and interest in mortgage credit assessmentCore responsibilities:Manage new applications and valuations sent in - including completing data entry within relevant systemsOrganize and order valuation quotes and reportsConduct constant follow ups with providers to achieve positive customerexperiencesPerform searches and verify information in line with company guidelinesDevelop strong relationships with third-party introduces and ensure that servicelevels are consistently metWork with, and support the Credit team, responding to any queries in a timely fashionLiaise with external stakeholders (e.g., valuers, solicitors) as requiredBenefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
