Job ResponsibilitiesHandle sample requests and documentation.Office Management: Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies, receiving and issuance.Coordinate and monitor all transmittal of documents to the Accounting and other department.Coordinate with Procurement Department with regards to requisition of Fixed Assets, Supplies and other warehouse and logistics requirements.Assisting warehouse team with other tasks as needed.Job DescriptionBachelors Degree of any course.Proven experience in office administration and warehouse coordination.Strong attention to detail.Basic computer skills, MS Word and Excel management software or systems.Analytical skills to identify patterns and discrepancies in inventory data.Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies and collaborating with teams.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.HEAD OFFICE (INITIAL INTERVIEW): 909 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Sto.
