Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and records managementOversee onboarding, contract processing, and employee movement documentation for both direct and outsourced personnelEnsure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and investigations in alignment with company policiesSupport the planning and implementation of employee engagement, training, and wellness programsPrepare HR-related reports and analytics for management decision-makingGuide and mentor HR Assistants and support staff to ensure smooth departmental operations Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in HR, with 12 years in a supervisory or lead roleStrong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and government regulationsProficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plusDetail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Office setting with a standard Monday to Friday schedule; may require occasional overtime and weekend duty.
