Oversees the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, optimal staff performance, and strong financial results. This position demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and MaintenanceMaintain superior standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest hospitality throughout the propertyDevelop and manage budgets, control operating costs, and track financial outcomesRecruit, train, and assess team members while promoting a positive, collaborative workplace cultureAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure total satisfactionEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and legal requirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline3–5 years of proven experience in hotel operations or managementStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesExceptional problem-solving and sound decision-making skillsProficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Hotel Link)
