Position: Event Sales AssistantSalary Range: USD $1,200 - $1,800 monthly (based on experience)Contract Type: Independent Contractor AgreementWork Location: 100% Remote — Open to applicants from the PhilippinesWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, following EST business hoursJob OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Event Sales Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role combines sales development, event coordination, and marketing support, contributing directly to the success of high-profile executive events, VIP dinners, and innovation summits.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will support outreach initiatives, assist with event logistics, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless attendee experience and strong partner relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & OutreachResearch and identify potential event sponsors, partners, and participants through online databases, social media, and market research. Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage and qualify prospective attendees and clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, partners, and stakeholders to promote event participation. Maintain accurate outreach records, contact details, and status updates in Salesforce or other CRM systems (HubSpot, Apollo, Google Sheets, etc.). Event & Marketing SupportAssist in sponsorship and partnership campaigns for VIP dinners, conferences, and innovation summits. Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging, track campaign performance, and ensure data accuracy. Support event logistics, including invitation management, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up. Assist with live and virtual event coordination, ensuring real-time attendee engagement and operational efficiency. Operations & CoordinationSupport calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication workflows. Prepare outreach lists, reports, and post-event summaries. Manage and send email campaigns to support the Event Sales team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of event recruitment and engagement processes. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or event operations. Proficiency with Salesforce is strongly preferred and may be required for this role. Candidates with hands-on Salesforce experience in data entry, lead tracking, or sales pipeline management will be prioritized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-oriented approach. Strong research, organizational, and data management skills; experience with other CRM tools such as HubSpot or Apollo is a plus. Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Apollo is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and initiative. Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
