About Doh EainDoh Eain (“Our Home”) is a multi-disciplinary restoration and placemaking social enterprise based in Yangon, Myanmar. To support this, we provide a subsidy for upgrading and replacing laptops every two years.Admin OfficerWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Assistant to join our HR & Admin Team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring effective office management, and implementing Doh Eain’s administrative practices to support the entire team.Under the supervision of the Senior HR & Admin Manager, the Admin Officer plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations, overseeing administrative systems, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.If you are passionate about creating a well-organized and supportive workplace environment, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities1. Administration (50%)Organize logistics and arrangements for monthly team meetings, Academy sessions, and HR & Admin-related activities.Manage office communication and correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).Monitor departmental supply requests and coordinate timely procurement.Collect quotations and manage the end-to-end purchasing process for office and event needs.Assist in planning and organizing team engagement activities, including preparing gifts for birthdays, farewells, and other staff events.Oversee production of employee lanyards, ID cards, and business cards.Monitor office printers and power backup systems, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.2. Office Management (20%)Welcome guests and support meeting arrangements.Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas, especially the reception area.Manage office inventory, materials, and equipment through regular checks and restocking.Coordinate maintenance and repair of office assets as needed.Conduct daily morning checks to ensure office supplies and essential items are available.Supervise the cleaner and ensure adherence to the cleaning schedule.3. Human Resources (30%)Assist in attendance tracking and maintain accurate records in the HR systemSupport recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documentsProvide necessary support in internal and external learning & development processMaintain and regularly update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityPerform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.Key Skills:Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood interpersonal and collaboration skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to manage time effectively and handle competing prioritiesFlexible working style and approach, adaptable to changing priorities and organizational needs.Key Qualifications and Required Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, or a combined roleConversational level of English and fluency in Burmese (both written and spoken)Basic understanding of HR systems, personnel records management, and administrative proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communicationGood interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWhat do we offer:This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and innovative organization and share in our vision to make Yangon Asia’s most livable urban place – environmentally, economically, socially and culturally.
