Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is essential in Recruitment & Talent management, supporting role to employees.ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Screen resumes and conducting initial phone/virtual interviews.Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Post and update job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.Coordinate pre-employment assessments and background checks.Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Respond to internal HR requests and provide administrative support to the HR team.Participate in ad-hoc HR and employee engagement activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Solid knowledge of HR administrative processes and applicable labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Office Location : Kamayut Township, YangonWorking Days & Hour : Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
